Carol joined Hackman Capital in 2022 as Vice President of Development & Construction. In this role, she oversees several key assets, including Basin Media Studios in Toronto. With an extensive background in real estate development, Carol is responsible for a diverse portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion. Her expertise spans large-scale land use entitlements, public/private partnerships, residential developments of all scales and building types, commercial Class-A office projects, mixed-use developments, retail, industrial facilities, and film studios.
Before joining Hackman Capital, Carol served as Vice President at Clarett West Development/DLJ Capital Partners, providing leadership through all phases of development, and spearheading major RFP efforts. Carol holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University.
