Nicole joined Hackman Capital Partners (HCP) in 2023 and serves as Asset Manager for the firm’s Culver City portfolio. In this role, she leads the management of complex mixed-use assets, with responsibilities that span development, leasing, and property operations.
Prior to joining HCP, Nicole was the Director of Asset Management at JMF Development, where she managed a diverse commercial real estate portfolio and supported the principal in development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Earlier in her career, Nicole worked with LaSalle Investment Management, focusing on acquisitions of office, retail, industrial, and multifamily properties in major U.S. markets.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. Originally from Chicago, she relocated to Los Angeles in 2017 and currently resides in West Los Angeles. In her free time, Nicole enjoys attending art fairs, traveling, staying active, and exploring new restaurants.
