Joel started at Hackman Capital Partners in 2019, working across the company’s Northern California creative office, industrial, life science and R&D assets. Joel assists in the oversight of the asset management of these assets from acquisition through disposition. Responsibilities include comprehensive business plan development and implementation, due diligence, leasing, property management, construction and development management, budgeting and balance sheet management.
Joel graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing and Real Estate.
