Tom joined Hackman Capital Partners in 2023 as Vice President of Asset Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for overseeing the performance and strategic management of a portfolio of creative office and industrial properties located in El Segundo and Culver City.
Before joining HCP, Tom served as an Investment Manager at Queensland Investment Corporation (QIC), where he managed a portfolio of regional shopping centers and led a strategic dispositions process. Prior to his tenure at QIC, Tom held various roles across finance, operations, and development at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW). Tom relocated to Los Angeles in 2015 to join the redevelopment team for URW’s flagship property, Westfield Century City.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fairfield University. Originally from New Jersey, Tom currently resides in El Segundo.
